The wide blade of this fighting/utility knife gives it extra strength for performing those heavy duty tasks. KA-BAR Knives introduced the Black KA-BAR Fighter in 2004. The Black KA-BAR Fighter, featuring an extra wide blade that measures 1 1/2”, is constructed with an epoxy powder coated, 1095 high carbon steel blade and powdered metal butt cap. Carbon steel guard and oval shaped Kraton G thermoplastic elastomer handle insure a non-slip grip. Fighter measures 12 13/16” overall, blade length is 8”. Offered with black leather and Cordura combination sheath. Suitable for military, hunting and utility purposes, the Black KA-BAR Fighter is a great all-purpose knife. Made in USA.
